Interview with an Airedale conducted with Alf Airedale after publication of his first journal
"...very highly recommended.." - Midwest Book Review
"..should be required reading for anyone considering bringing a puppy home.." - Readers' Favorite
What are your favorite foods?
Bread, watermelon, yogurt. I love all the regular stuff too - treats, chicken, hots dogs, but those are my special favorites. Of course, I don't get them every day. My biscuit isn't bad either and I get yummy stuff mixed into it like scrambled egg.
Where is your favorite place?
Daycare, daycare, daycare. I get to play all day with everyone. What's better than that?
What do you like to do best?
That's a difficult question. I love to chase rabbits but I don't get the chance often. I love to run and play. I don't like not having a playmate to live with me. My favorite game is tracking down food after my pack has left a trail and hidden some. I think I'd be a good search and rescue dog. Hope I get the chance some day.
How about favorite toys?
Paper, socks, those little sheets that go in the dryer. I love those. I don't know why I have to steal them. Squeaky toys are the best but stuffed toys are fun to rip apart too.
Where is the worst place you've been?
Anywhere without my pack.
You have published two books. Will there be another one?
Of course. Tune in next year for more adventures with me.
